Hello! We are Stephen and Ashlee!
We have been married for six years and live in Georgia. We are so excited to become first-time parents through adoption and look forward to having the opportunity to share our life and love with your child. Adoption has always been in our thoughts as Ashlee was adopted by her father and, after having been unsuccessful at carrying to term 3 times, we knew adoption was for us. We are open to a child of any race and will make sure they grow up knowing they are loved deeply, by us as well as by you. We are also looking forward to traveling and seeing the world with your child!
About us
We truly enjoy being outside and surrounded by nature together, including hiking or gardening. We love to live life to the fullest and enjoy traveling whenever possible- be it a short walk around town or out of state! We share our home with two dogs, Sampson and Luna, and they love to go on adventures with us- especially when it includes hiking! We have a family cabin that we like to go up to numerous times a year with some amazing hiking trails, waterfalls, and mountains to see! We are excited to bring our child there one day.
We enjoy cooking together and trying new recipes. We even have family and friends over monthly to share homemade meals! We also are huge sports fans and football is definitely one of our favorites. Science and history are another shared passion of ours; from space to archeology and we look forward to sharing his passion with our child by taking them to museums to see the planets and dinosaurs!
All about Stephen
Stephen is a very techy guy and loves to play on his computer. As a gamer he built his own arcade too! He is the senior system administrator for our local sheriff’s office and takes his work very seriously. He is very hands-on around the house and is a goofy, fun-loving, and intelligent man. With his compassion and understanding, I know he will be a wonderful role-model to our child! Stephen is looking forward to taking our child to our family cabin, just as he was taken when he was little! He is also looking forward to showing all the games he grew up on and is excited to learn new ones with our child!
About Ashlee
Ashlee enjoys anything artistic and is a very creative woman with a passion for many things. She is an owner/stylist at a local salon and truly loves her work. Art and music are a big part of her everyday life and there is not a day that goes by without music- be it in the house or in the car! Ashlee also loves to paint, knit, color, and color hair! Some of her favorite things to do are crafts and doing DIY projects around the house. She enjoys spending the afternoon playing games with Stephen and friends. She looks forward to working part-time once baby arrives and is excited to have a dance and crafting partner.
Our Family
Our family is large! Ashlee has over 15 cousins and are all pretty close. We get together with Ashlee’s family numerous times a year as a whole group. Stephen’s family is a little more spread out but we make the effort to see them as much as possible. Both sides of the family are less than an hour away from us. They are all looking forward to bringing another child into our family! Every two years we do Thanksgiving at our house which adds up to over 45 people in our home! It is an amazing time and we are excited to share it and Christmas with your child!
Our Home in Georgia
We have lived in our home almost seven years now. It is a two-story three bedroom with a finished basement.. We have a large fenced in backyard which gives our dogs plenty of space to run and play. Our neighbors are wonderful and there are lots of kids around who all enjoy playing together. We have two pools that are walking distance from our home. There is also an awesome playground with tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Our city has numerous parks that are nearby that we love to go to on the regular.
Our Promise
We promise to raise your child in a loving and stable home, financially and emotionally. We promise they will have the best education and all the opportunities available to them. We will raise him or her to be a responsible, caring, and loving person with the confidence to follow their dreams! We will share all that this world has to offer and surround them with a big and loving family. We are open to sending letters, emails, photos, and visits if you would like!

| Our Faith | Ashlee is a part of a women's bible study that meets most Fridays. We go to church that Stephen has attended since he was a child. We look forward to raising our child in the same church. | |
| Our Musical Interest | Music is everything. We listen to a little of every genre. Classical, jazz, R&B, rap, classic rock, country, and even work out to EDM or anything that has a good bass and puts a little groove to your step. | |
| Our Family Cabin and Travels | We have a family cabin that we travel to throughout the spring, summer, and fall. When we are there we enjoy hiking, tubing, board games, and just hanging out with the family. This is a family cabin, we are the 5th generation, and we would love to pass it down to our child as well. Orlando and California our some of our favorite places to visit! So many fun things to do there. | |
